Well your savegame sadly doesn't let me load but I've found a timer in a racing mission. I cannot say if its the same timer code used for your missions but I'll add a freeze timer option.
Im sorry, and nice. Almost all races have timers, i hope its the same. You can find many others in challenges or missions. Tatooine has many missions wit timers, one of them is about droids on the cantina.

Hi, I tried your cheat, but timer doesnt stop and time ends. Explain me how i can make it work. Also there are missions that unlocks stars if ended in certain amount of time, ex if you end that mission in less than 2 minutes you earn a star. Could you make your cheat froze the current timer mark or something like that?

I don't see the numpad 1,2,4 cheat option glowing
I can only see the numpad 3 and I can only use it to add spark
can anybody explain?
