Coupla things to try. Restart your computer and see if that fixes the activating being repeated.

Also, when the trainer is activated and in-game again, press F-11 and see if it says deactivated. If not, and it says activated, press it again. You want F-11 deactivated unless you want to use the cheat in a Gwent game and then you want to deactivate it when you're finished playing.

this is so weird now that I fixed my trainer problem I'm back to my quest problem where I can't click on any quest item because it locks up my game. 😭 💩
