Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Right. I have notice recently that CH is going unresponsive on Chrome on my Win7 PC and I have checked this on two other computers. Win 10 Laptop and Win 8 Laptop. Not doing anything just sitting there and refreshing randomly to. Check for any up dates.

We've not had any other complaints of this issue. I leave multiple browsers (IE, FF, Chrome, Opera) open on CH all day long. You may have some kind of extension, addon or third party ad blocker or other tool that might be causing it. The only thing that's changed on the site recently is the addition of the live help feature which runs as a script on each page. We may be changing it to a static link instead of a background script. The only page this script is not on is the latest posts page.

if you want to try it and see if it shows the same issue. That however is the only page on the site that does auto-refresh itself if you set it in the dropdown.

I shall poke around and see. Not changed anything on this end. Unless they have updated.

Nothing has changed on the browser and my blocker has been off for this site for over a year now. If the pop up box appears again al screen shot it. It said something about script and had wait or kill buttons on the pop up.
