I've only just joined CH as a lifetime member, but my initial experience has been a great one! After having problems launching trainers I got in touch with PWizard who troubleshot what was going on with my PC using TeamViewer. He got the trainer up and running and went out of his way to make sure everything worked out.
If this is anything to go by, then CH support is first class!! Will definitely be recommending CH to others.
