Does this trainer work if I buy the game from Microsoft store?
Bought Infinite Warfare from Microsoft store but the trainer doesn't work, so want to make sure I don't make the same mistake.
It should work fine since Dead Rising 4 is Windows Store exclusive.

For now, it's a 90 day exclusivity period before it comes to Steam.
With the experience I have with some other Windows 10 Store games and the store platform itself a three month waiting period is not a big deal heh, also means they'll perhaps patch up the game a bit more and maybe we'll even have alternatives for cheaper purchase sources since well at least here Steam itself and the Win10 store are among the most expensive to buy from directly. (With the Win10 store surpassing even the Steam pricing levels, quite a feat actually. 😋 )
When I activated the trainer, the game will hang after 10mins.
No other reports, could be something in the background interfering like AV, firewall or other security software. You can provide us a savegame with repeatable instructions on what options you are using and we can try to replicate. We played the game for hours yesterday with the trainer and never had an issue.
