It doesn't appear that the game save Vince uploaded will load, only my own saves show.
Is there something more I have to do to get it to work? The game folder in the readme 76561197998717801 is different than my own numbered folder.
Hang on maybe it goes in the C:\Steam\userdata\(My steam number)\637650\remote\gameplay\slot0 folder instead
oh thx man i did what you did and it worked.
i had to make steam offline and then replace both:
76561197998717801 slot6
C:\Steam\userdata\(My steam number)\637650\remote\gameplay\slot6
and it worked.
I crashed 4-5 times in the exact same spot earlier today in a new game file (started over when AP option was added). Tried it with a few different options enabled/disabled, different values for certain options, and even old versions of the trainer. I had to just do it without the trainer to get past it, and haven't had a crash since I stopped playing with the trainer. This isn't enough testing to conclude that it is the trainer, but it's definitely possible. I can provide save files if requested.
I just got home (away for about 8 hours), and noticed there was an update to the trainer since the last time I played, so not sure if any of you have tested that out yet before your responses. I plan to soon and will edit if I crash again.
Still crashing. Playing without the trainer allows me to get by the crash points. Not sure if directly related.

I also was having this crashing issues with the trainer, mainly when the game hit any loading screen or during certain boss fights.Testing each option individually revealed "Unlimited Elemental Energy" and "Set AP" as the culprits for my crashes.
If either of these options were activated, my game would crash. Having every option on at once except for those two didn't result in any crashes either.
