Guys, I understand you deal with a lot of people who are idiots. I am a tech for a living. I have been a member of your site for years. I have NEVER had trouble with a trainer except this one. Obviously, something is wrong. I'm not even saying its your trainer necessarily. But dismissing me is not good customer service. I have re downloaded the game. I have re downloaded the trainer. I am aware that you cannot have interfering programs like some AV. The game is completely vanilla, I don't even know of any mods for it that exist in the first place. The point is... it isn't working. I have read your instructions in triplicate and followed them to the letter. Certain features were working... now with the .97 they aren't anymore. Hence It seems to be from the update. I have tried new campaigns as well not just old save files. If there is anything I can do to help you to help me just let me know I'd be glad to, but saying it is working across the board because you claim to be able to get it to work is not good testing. Also specifically for you guys I am going to send them a message about their ridiculous update schedule every time they adjust 1 or 2 little things.
Telling us letting you down is kind of exaggerated as we do our best to support each and everyone who's having issues with a trainer, including you. As we are looking at PC gaming how many test builts should we have to try to cope with the infinite number of possible PC builts + OS + installed programs? - Besides your AV there can be any other program monitoring your PC for memory changes like portions of a 3rd party firewall or online-banking software or backup software etc.
How much would you charge to bring back the options available with the v.77 trainer? Specifically, infinite condition, unlimited ammo, No reload, infinite morale, infinite health and rapid fire? Frankly, although I may be a minority in this opinion, I do not like the trainer in it's current state. If you could implement the options listed above or perhaps make a separate trainer similar to V.77 I would be willing to pay for it.
the trainer was created by DDS who no longer is working with us. I decided to take the title back up and do something with it, even though he did not send us any notes, so you would have a trainer rather than retire it.
If the trainer is useless, PLEASE let me know and we will retire it, as I don't particularly like titles like this that update 5 times a week, usually 2 hours after we post the latest version.
Maybe there is 100 other trainers out there that work like you like and are up to date like ours, I have no idea.

Hey guys! the reason the trainer isn't working is because the game put out a new update today. Everyone needs to go to the main page for Ultimate General: Civil War and request an update. Thanks!

Acutally it patched to 0.97 and then, like clockwork, it patched YET AGAIN in less than 12 hours after that, bringing the patch to 1.0 rev.20111
we may put this turd on hold while the developers search on Unity boards for scripts to fix their endless programming problems.

Wow that is insane! They did post that this is the full release though. I know that you guys are extremely busy and have tons of other titles to attend to, but do you think there might be a chance for one more for the release?

Did you read the instructions provided with the trainer or the post above yours?
