whenever i run the trainer then run the game then run the trainer in the main menu the screen always freezes i added the trainer to my exceptions and i also ran the trainer and the game in admin but nothing seems to work

That trainer was retired. You can check the status of each trainer by looking on the download page. The current status is just to the right of the download box. This one is in red and marked Retired.
