The only way I was able to replicate a crash somewhat reliably was when I turned on an option. Then turned the option off. I also crashed a few times when I was alt-tabbed and accidental deactivated one of the options.

Other then that it works fine, after a few hours of mucking about in campaign, that was how I located the crash, at least on my machine.

It's quite inconsistent so I don't know how much of a priority it is since I feel like people rarely deactivate options, I sometimes do myself to add more of a challenge when the game starts to get boring.

My first crash was within minutes of first using the training for the first time and then again in a second try hours later into a campaign run. So I'm not convinced it's tied to run time length, but I'm not a programmer so I could be totally wrong.

I had reported the trainer as not working, referencing the editor's apparent inability to change potential. Through more playtime, I've discovered that, although the potential modifiers and the max stat modifiers do not appear to change the visible potential, at the very least some combination of increasing those values does permit the drivers to increase in skill over time to the new max.

At least for me, even though I couldn't see the potential change through the starts, my drivers who had previously capped out were increasing their stats far past the original cap.

All other options I've used work as intended, only crashes I've gotten were from changing things while alt-tabbed and careful the use of saving prevents any real problems.

Just encountered the startup crash again
I started the game, activated the trainer at main menu
Then clicked the 'continue' option to continue latest season
Game crashed while loading to the team screen
Have attached crash files game suggests sending to developers
Maybe they will help decipher what is causing game to crash

Only other variable is, MM was the first game i opened today
