I would only add to the existing trainer 3 options:
Instant building (HQ)
Tires 100%
No fuel consumption (instead of max fuel, because it has a bad influence on the car during qualification)

Regarding the fuel option, I believe that the trainer should set the fuel in the tank to a fixed low amount like 4 or 5 units/liters in this way we gain a double advantage due to low weight and no fuel usage. Setting the fuel to max and keeping it fixed will hinder car performance since we keep the same weight while the ai speed up due the loss of weight.
If such a proposition can't be tecnically viable, allowing us to customize the amount of fuel added by the actual "infinite fuel option" could be a nice palliative solution.
The integration of the other proposed options would be a great addition.
