This is mostly likely not possible. All the cheat does is setting the time it takes to produce to zero. It does not modify anything else. Unless the days are linked to the performance boost effect it is impossible for the cheat to have an impact on it.

Well, I'm just telling you what I'm experiencing.

I had to restart my career, because I couldn't improve the car's performance with those two cheats on, and there was no way to undo it because game permanently saved the cheat. So, any new part I design had no performance boost after. As I said, it looks like it does have performance when you look at the part. But when you fit it to the car and then review cars performance as a whole, it has no improvements.

So I started new career and did not turn on instant built and no cost cheat, just used money and waited till the new part was built. After it was complete new part had performance boost, as oppose to instant built. The cars performance goes up as a whole.

Also, found few more things that are not working:
Max Stats for Driver in Editor, are not working. Potential stars are not going to full 5 stars after setting Max Stats to 180. I'd like to see this fix because I would not necessarily want 5 star driver right away, but would like him to become 5 star on his own.

Also would be nice to see Designer to have Max Stats available in Editor Mode.

Another bug found is when you use Perfect Car Condition in the race. When you open the Condition panel up, it looks like all parts 100% but the car still breaks and goes off of the original car condition. So I worked around it by turning the cheat off, I could see which part is critical, and then turning the cheat back on it would fix it, But it seems that it fixes it to full original condition for example 40%, not full 100% as it appears in the Condition Panel.

I think that's all I found so far.

You don't want max stats to be max'd because it doesn't give you 5 stars?

No. What I mean is... there are Solid Gold Stars whatever they are called, and there are empty Stars which I think shows the Drivers Potential.

So when I go to Editor and try to increase Drivers Total Stats Max section, it has no effect on those Empty Stars (Drivers Potential)

When I do the same for Mechanics, it works fine. Mechanic's Empty Stars increase.

The reason why I don't want 5 Gold Stars is because, I want the driver to learn skills over time and become 5 Star in future. However, if the drivers don't have 5 Star Potential, they will never become 5 Star Driver.

There is the editor you can try with, specifically:

Selected Driver: Potential
Selected Driver: Modified Potential


All this "Max Stats" option do is setting specific editor options to a specific value. However if this does (or does not) anything you prefer you can always do all of this on your own. Thats why there is the editor.

I can still take a look at this problem but it sounds to me like you can solve this with the editor easily.

The state of the condition (whether a failure or catastrophic failure happens) is caulculated by some other aspects than just the condition.

First it also depends on the reliability of each part of the vehicle and second there is a small random calculation.

What I can do is improving the condition cheat so it sets the reliability to 100% and the state of the part to be always in good condition.

Those two options have no effect on Driver Stars for me. I just tried raising the value, the stars remained the same. The only thing that I found that works, and only works for Mechanics, is if I raise Mechanics Total Max Stats.
