Something is blocking it and you'll have to figure out what it is. Some AVs must be completely uninstalled like Comodo, others completely disabled like Windows Defender. You must right click run as admin on the trainer and have full admin rights to the windows temp folder.

Run both as administrator, game and trainer. Make sure CE hasn't been used on this game session.

Hello this also my first trainer by cheat happens and I face the same 0x39 error even though I've tried disabling windows defender , running both softwares as administrators. Can you help me ? Thanks

Did you installed the BOTH required VC++ redistributables which are linked in the trainer notes? And after you installed them, did you reboot which is absolutely necessary?

I have downloaded and the vc++ files and rebooted to no avail. Other than that I haven't seen any other file other than the zip one which is about 20 mb.

Just wanted to let you know that Instant Build (Design) cheat is making things built faster however there are no performance boosts from those parts. When you review the part itself it shows that it is suppose to have more performance, but when you review the graphs and compare it to second car, it has no boost. In fact sometimes original parts show up to have more performance.

Also disabling the Instant Build/No Cost(Design) cheat, has no effect. Seems to be a permanent Cheat.

Can you post a screen shot of what you mean, because from everything I've tested the parts are working fine.

Maybe you have a weird error.
