I can confirm what w/ the trainer on, and options 5,6,7 and * turned on. The game crashes when I load any save.

Why are you activating options before you load your savegame? The options are meant to be used IN the game, not before it starts.
I'm doing a no-kill/ghost play though so if I screw up, (or die) I quick load.. so yeah.. I use the options while playing the game, not from the menu.
I did more testing, and it seems its option 7 that causes the crashes when loading a save (F9 or from death). as I can run 5,6, * just fine

So i tested this save, as well as several other saves I had, with all those options on. I never once had problems saving nor loading while the options were activated..
not sure how to respond or what else to do since I cannot replicate the problem here...

Ok I am not sure what the common theme is but I am having the same issue. If I have 5 6 7 on I crash when auto saving.. I tried to include my save compressed with winrar and the site security blocked me, don't know why my system is clean..

Use .zip [whatever windows uses] or .7z [LZMA] as alternative formats.
