Hi. first off will there be a Dishonored 2 trainer? Second. It says there is -50 points needed in the founding for the trainer to this game. Is that a bug?

I think they've got what they needed, seems like someone gave 50 more than the maximum to the fund.

That said I'm still wondering how they gonna handle the two playable character situation.

If we work this out logically, the player occupies the same instance, but with different attributes. It'd be like if you were given a new identity on your wedding day. You're still the same person, just with different papers saying who you are. Don't quote me on this, however.
