I'm guessing that the reason the Windows Store version still does not have a trainer is that they don't have the Digital Deluxe version of Infinite Warfare that Modern Warfare Remastered is part of.
Only The Legacy Edition and Digital Deluxe edition get a copy of MW Remastered.

Legacy Edition $79USD (MW remaster included)
Digital Deluxe Edition (MW remaster included)
I guess Windows store would be higher in price as it's greedy Microsoft as the publisher there. (I use Windows 7 and MS Store requires the Windows 10 virus)
If CH only has the Windows Store Standard version they don't have this game to train yet.

Is there any way for me to reproduce this issue? Because I throw a grenade and stand on this grenade when it explodes and there is no sound bug. If you have any instruction for me I would appreciate it.
Fo me it was on the "Charlie don't surf" mission. The first in the USMC campaign. Getting shot with a RPG, hit by an enemy grenade or being next to a car that exploded when enemy gunfire hit the gas tank reproduces it for me.
I have not been to the bit where Dogs would attack. I could not finish the level with the sound bug as the game thought I was dead and my teammates froze where they were, meaning when I got to a checkpoint my teammates were not with me, but still frozen in place where I got blasted.

With excessive amount of damage I was able to reproduce the sound bug. I've now fixed it and got to a mission where I can let cars explode next to me. No sound bug appeared after applying this fix there either.
Dogs I couldn't test, I haven't played that far. But I would assume unless it is scripted death that it should work there too.
Will be replaced soon, I've also added no spread option.

BTW can you elaborate on what the "No Spread" option is?
EDIT: Either this "No Spread" option does not come with "Activated" sound or it is not activating for me. Other options activate buy NP9 does nothing no matter how many times I try.
I can't ALT + Tab to check in the trainer if NP9 is activated, as this crashes MW Remaster 100% of the time.

It makes your bullets don't spread. You will see the effect when shooting at a wall with automatic rifle. Without cheat your bullets will hit the area AROUND your crosshair (bullets spreading). With cheat your bullets with hit the center.
However i can confirm the activating issue with no spread, has been fixed and will be posted soon.

I can also confirm I have played several levels right through and not encountered that nasty sound bug even once! Stellar job with the quality trainer, and another reason I have a lifetime membership! 😀
