When you are in gex cave, go into clueless. Once there, you will see a picture of a weird-looking gecko. move the camera so the picture is in the middle of the screen, and you will hear a thunderbolt and a cackle. You are now Count DracuGEX. you can glide by jumping and pressing the CROUCH button.
