Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I got the lifetime membership yesterday. I downloaded the Dragon Age Inquisition trainer and it worked fine. Today I try to use the trainer and it boots up, but then it shuts right off. I have noticed it takes a few minutes to shut off if I just turned on the computer. I have uninstalled my antivirus, turned off windows firewall, and reinstalled the trainer. Nothing is working. It would really suck to have paid for a lifetime membership only to have it work for a day.

Use system restore to go back to when it was working or reinstall windows from scratch. Our trainers aren't designed to self-destruct after a day. Something on your end changed or updated.
