I have this problem in other applications sometimes Has something to do with how windows and controls are drawn in windows (window message pump).
What I do in these cases is to press CTRL+ALT+DEL once (to enter "Windows Security" and cancel right away by using the "cancel" button or pressing ESC. The window unfreezes then. Perhaps you could try that. Also - aren't the instructions packed with the trainer in a .txt file?
So i recently updated my civ vi to the latest version 220.127.116.11. Downloaded the trainer and put it to use following the instructions provided. However, every time i go to start up a game it crashes civ vi. I have troubleshooted all the normal things... but unable to find the cause.
any ideas? Any help?
The trainer crashes after pressing 'F1'. I hear the sound 'trainer activated' and then it crashes. Game is still running.
There is also a problem with the offline key. I copied the offline key into the directory but it still wants to connect the trainer to the internet. That's not the sense of the offline key. Older versions of the trainer had no problem in using the offline key.
Please be patient and stay tuned.
Just wanted to provide additional information to help you when correcting

That's because we pulled the latest trainer from the download page as it was causing the game to crash and you're using a somewhat buggy alpha state trainer for now.
Please be patient and stay tuned for a new trainer version posted soon.
