I'm having the following problem with the trainer: wihtout even starting the game itself, if I click on the Instructions tab and scroll them, the trainer becomes quickly irresponsive : I can't move the trainer window anymore (I'm using multi-monitors), it doesn't react to clicks, etc...
In Process Explorer it eats about 6-7% of CPU usage (on a i7 3770K)
AV (NOD32) is disabled
Windows 10 x64 Build 15063, 32GB RAM

I have this problem in other applications sometimes 😀 Has something to do with how windows and controls are drawn in windows (window message pump).
What I do in these cases is to press CTRL+ALT+DEL once (to enter "Windows Security" and cancel right away by using the "cancel" button or pressing ESC. The window unfreezes then. Perhaps you could try that. Also - aren't the instructions packed with the trainer in a .txt file?
Just an FYI. It no longer crashes my game when activated. However none of the percs/numbers appear to be working in game. I have done all the normal troubleshooting steps.
Just wanted to provide additional information to help you when correcting

That's because we pulled the latest trainer from the download page as it was causing the game to crash and you're using a somewhat buggy alpha state trainer for now.
Please be patient and stay tuned for a new trainer version posted soon.
