I haven't got invalid trainer user but It seems the latest Windows update has messed with firewall settings somehow as I manually had to allow Mafia 3 and Ride 2 trainers to access the internet through my AV. It's just telling me invalid digital signature, which I manually allowed to access the internet and the trainers authenticate and work as normal. A bit of a pain but not a huge problem.
Other trainers seem to be authenticating as normal now my AV is allowing the connection to your servers. Also Windows Defender is completely off on my machine.
Don't no if that helps at all but It was just something that started happening after the latest updates to Windows.
I saw something like that but with my Samsung SSD driver. After I updated my Windows 10 machine a couple days ago upon each reboot it started yelling that my Samsung HD driver that I've been using for months has no valid digital signature and that I should obtain one from the Manufacturer. But when you look at the driver, it clearly shows digitally signed. I had to disable the Windows Program Compatibility Assistant in order for my HD driver to load properly. Definitely something screwy with the latest windows updates.

Yep. The anniversary update has caused a few people I know major issues. My dad even had to go get a new wireless adapter as the old one was suddenly non-compatible.

Windows 10 up to date
Used ESET SmartSecurity, but i have deleted it. So no AV at the moment
I have Offline key, but it don't help
Firewall disabled, but dont help
This seems to be affecting all trainer that need authentication. Free trainers are still good (like battlefield 1 trainer)
I remember this happened once some years ago, back in 2012 i think. And somehow you guys fixed it. I recall i asked for someone to reset my account. (change my lifetime to free and then change back to lifetime) Now i don't know if that was what you people did, but i know you did something, and it worked.

I checked your account and downloaded your personalized trainers for both Mafia 3 and FIFA 17 and they authenticate fine on my Windows 10 machine. So something on your end is blocking it. You can try turning off Windows firewall, windows defender, clearing browser, system and DNS cache, rebooting, plugging PC directly into internet bypassing all network routers and firewalls, clear windows temp folder, right click run as admin on trainer, etc. You can also try a system restore to when they were working or reinstalling windows from scratch. You can also use an offline key but your internet/network must be completely disabled/absent for it to work.
