There was a patch today, not sure if they are trying to crack down on people using trainers, but I'm not going to use it for a while until they mellow down.
PS: This might be a ridiculous thought ,but anyone (who got banned) on PC tried setting the date to 2046~?

It won't work because online date is controlled by server.
I know that this is like a Xbox 360 Question but could we take our save file and edit the properties and change the account that it was under then just refund the game and get it for another account and keep all of our progress without being banned?
I don't think that works. But what worked for me was just using a diff gamertag and opening the game again. I can now use that account as if it purchased ultimate edition etc..lofl...
So yea its just the gamertag. You can simply make another free account and just redo your stuff if you so choose to play it online
