I think he may mean 25? Or unless he's talking about character creation in the main menu area.
Doesn't the gold bars in career mode only go up to 25 bars? Not 99

In my suggestion though, I was meaning career mode upgrades.

I assume he meant 99 as in capped (because the overall cap is 99). I would read 99 more as an adjective than an actual number in that case. The real amount of little upgradable bars is exactly 25.

When giving ability points in career mode, you press up then press A (which is the main select button on my controller) to choose how many you want to give, which then goes to your cart.
Each bar you choose costs a certain amount of VC points in which they charge you real money to buy.
It costs $99 for 400k points which is a bit steep

He probably meant his overall stats equaled 99.
Which is all gold bars full on career for each skill

999 upgrade points available doesnt work.
but no cost and ignore cap works

But others work just fine. This is a really important feature along side with ignore cap . these 2 options are essensials. at least I think so. Please fix it as soon as possible

Okay my bad, sorry I didn't realise I had to go to offline mode and then start the game up and use the trainer.
I didn't think there was a difference from offline mode to online with the game.
Everything in the trainer is all working fine for me now.
