Maybe I am missing something here, but is this trainer different from the others?
I just played Evil Within 2 with the trainer, and it was working just fine.
I tried running Divinity: Original Sin 2 trainer, and it runs, but does not show.
It is like it was prevented from displaying.
And yes, I have added everything (as usual) to my Bitdefender exclusions.
Also "C:\Users\USER\Cheathappens" folder.
So what gives?
... and have you completely disabled the 'Advanced Threat Defense' module? Prior to start and while using our trainers you need to disable it.

I read through several pages of posts, prior to posting my own too.
Something else must be blocking it.
And why on earth this one does not work, but for other games trainers work?
Trainer 3.0.143.909+ works without issue.

Could you be more specific about 'does not work'? The trainer activation or authentification process? Certain Options?
Also, will it be possible to edit the player character in the activated GM mode, because I can't seem to. Not sure whether or not that is something you guys can do anything about.
I am having the same issue, I can edit the characters stats but, the item generator doesnt work. The drop down menus are just blank, there is nothing there.
