I am having the same issue, except I can confirm it works for all enemy npcs just not the player or party. Running latest version of steam and trainer as I just this morning desided to play the game again and redownloaded both.

You have to zip/rar the file before you can upload it.

Good for health, bad for education.

I think you have to upload your whole profile folder as when I put the savegame in my profile it won't show up ingame.

Thanks that savegame worked but I cannot find any enemies and I don't know the place (where you come from, where to go, where enemies could be). Can you make a new savegame close before an enemy?

I wouldn't mind doing that however, I think I see the problem. Shortly after they released patch 3.0.50, they released another patch which the current trainer isn't built for. Sorry for making you go through the trouble. I'm going to make a report after this
