In case you missed it, from the announcement released on Steam: Link

"If you already own BioShock, BioShock 2, and/or Minervas Den on Steam, you will be able to upgrade to the remastered version of the respective title(s) for free after release.

BioShock Infinite is not being remastered on PC because it already meets current-gen console standards and runs smoothly on high visual settings"

BioShock: The Collection for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC will be available in North America on September 13, Australia on September 15, and internationally on September 16.

Working the Trainer for the Remaster Version?

I don't believe so but Pwizard said they will be looking at them sometime today (Fri 9/16) so stay tuned.

I hope Trainers will be made for Bio 1 and 2 Remasters. I plan on purchasing both today on Steam.

I owned both the originals on steam, and so now I own the remastered. It really is a nice surprise, I was worried I'd need to buy them again. I'm downloading now but does anyone think the old trainer will work? I'm guessing not, but I might be pleasantly surprised.

Old trainers dont work. Im trying to use cosmos but im such a noob. If i figure it out i will post the script.
