I tried to enable all the augs after rescuing the doctor guy and I started to overheat. It says I need to disable augs but I don't know how to do that on pc. I read there was supposedly a triangle button but I don't see it. Anyone know how to disable augs?

Either use the no overheating hack or follow the side-quest he gives you.
That way, you don't need to permanently disable any of them.

I completed the quest and I still can't use all my augs. Am I missing something here?

You have to wait for the chance to see the doctor again, to implant it or something, i have done that side quest and i am still waiting for that doctor to get into contact, but i have been exploring abit. lol

I've been walking around in the city after the police are there for marshal law. I am still waiting for him to contact me. I actually already unlocked new game+ and am coming back to wait on him. Any idea how long it takes or if I have to do something for him to contact me? Could I just stand in the same place and wait for the call? I went to his lab from the elevator and it was blocked off.

Ok I finally figured it out and I am posting this for anyone who doesn't know. The quest you need to do is The Calibrator - SM04 Side Mission and not the David Sarif questline. You can get the calibrator and way you want and do not need to kill any one during the quest. Once you complete (for me) the bank job then Koller calls you and gives you the quest SM08: The Fix and that is when you can use all your augs.

in order to disable augs in order to stop overheating problem if you are ;using the mankind divided setup for you controller go into the augment screen and if you are using the Xbox controller you use the "Y" key, doing the quest for kollher later in the game will re-enable all disabled augments.

there are 2 times you can get the calibrator. during your first trip to go to you work place, at the under ground casino or during the bank job. if you don't get it during the first trip it gets destroyed and you must get it at the bank. then you wil get a message from kollher about a meeting later in game.
