    Hi All!

I thought this would be a fun post to get some suggestions from players. The largest struggle I've found with cheating with games, is it's hard to draw that line between reducing tedium, without hitting the "I Win" button.

So what kind of limitations do you set yourself when using this awesome trainer?

I finished the Atlas quest, and saw that going to the center of the galaxy is pretty pointless, so I've made my Goals to be the following: Find the Atlas Passes v2 and v3, and the Hyperdrive Upgrades to let me go to the best stars (Blue I think). I wish to do so with as few cheats as possible.

I originally was just going to use God Mode (since early on the game just wants you to run away, it seems, no fun in that), and the language translator (since you can reset your save anyway if you make a bad choice). But fuel, shields, life support, etc., I will try to farm for myself.

However, I've learned that the inventory system is incredibly and stupidly tedious. omfg. So stupid. Even with a massive inventory on my ship and exosuit it's *STILL* annoyingly tedious. I'm tempted to just dump it out and cheat to craft anything I need, instead of holding onto dozens and dozens of "parts". Or maybe just hold onto base resources only (none of those "electron Vapors" or "metal sheets". I dunno. Even then it's a bunch of stuff to keep track of.

Does anyone else have some personal rulesets they like to set themselves to maximize Fun Vs Tedium? Or tips for others?

(I'm actually really enjoying No Man's Sky. I feel horrible for anyone that paid $60 for this game and doesn't have this awesome trainer. I've even told my friends and co-workers that are asking me if it's good, "look, it's horrible on it's own, but with CheatHappens it can be a ton of fun if you're into that sort of thing... but training yourself 'how' to cheat without ruining it is a life skill in upon itself."

Well all i can add to the great statement you are making is about the end of this statement about how good the game is and ya i thing its a good or excellent game with the cheats/trainer but i knew that way before i bought the game, and i knew i was going to need a trainer but OMFG did CH ... just BLEW THE MOTHER RIGHT OFF THE F#$# PLANET ONLY HRS AFTER IT WAS RELEASE... HOLY F#$#ING sH%t right. so ya i plan to get the ps4 version but only after the makers of this game give up or add some much needed perks dude to all of the grinding you have to do in this game ASAP... period.

I agree that this is difficult, and only made more-so due to the insanely high numbers used in these trainers. If they used sensible numbers then it could just be a "get me out of this hole" tool instead of always going from "I have nothing" to "I have more resources than this game was meant to account for and now I have nothing to do" on every single trainer.

I love the work this site does, I just get terribly confused by their choices on things like that. Seems like a lower number, and just pressing it more if you want more, is the only sensible option, but that's just me. You can always add, but you can't take away what has already been added. It seems this would also keep trainers from being noticed as often, as there wouldn't be game-breaking huge numbers all over, meaning less updates and work needed by Cheat Happens. Maybe that is just the web designer in me talking...

An example for this trainer are money and bag slots. There is no middle ground, just all or nothing, which makes those features either game breaking or useless.

Again, I love the work this site does, I'll just never understand some of the choices made on specifics. Hopefully the admins will take this as constructive comments, not personal attacks. I'd hate to be banned for just stating this.

You make some interesting points. I don't know about the bag slots, but you can use CosMos to find your cash value and custom edit it to your desired amount. I used it to give myself 50 Mil units. I'm down to 30 Mil, but one of my goals is to try and farm myself back up to 50 Mil (basically grind back the "loan" I made via cheats).

Language Translator? I must be missing this in my trainer and it would be nice to have...

Language translator works, it just doesn't show in the list of hotkey options. It is F10

Yes, Drak, and thank you, but I'm not looking for other ways to hack, I can already do that. I'm simply trying to give a comment on how this site and its files could be MUCH better (serve a wider range of users/uses). The changes I listed would only make it work for a broader audience, instead of just the super cheaters who don't mind breaking the game. I just don't know where to give such input without threats of the banhammer.
