Reason - Single player campaign doesn't affect multiplayer at all (besides unlocking levels as you progress through the campaign of course), so cheats for the campaign mode would be okay to use in that mode only.
KingKRool2002, the main issue about listing it for voting is even though the game is marked retired, there is no previous trainer to vote to have unretired. Did the game used to be MP only or was it always MP and SP?
Your best bet might be to ask PWiz if it could now be re-evaluated for a trainer and if you could start a new request. If it was marked retired because they were unable to train it before, then, of course, it probably still won't be possible.

EDIT: Guys, those of you that voted for Star Wars: Tie Fighter, it was rejected for a trainer. There were too many difficulties back when it was released as there would be too many difficulties with it now, too. Not the least of which is the game was released 24 years ago.

I would really love to see Shroud of the Avatar. The developer, Portalarium, is for the most part not updating the game anymore. It has an offline mode and is the 1.0 launch on Steam was back in March of 2018. From what I understand, the game was retired in 2016 because it was still in alpha testing and updates were happening super often. This is no longer the case, making it a good option to bring out of retirement.

I can't list it for voting here to be unretired because as you know, it's 'On Hold' and not retired. You might pass on the info you posted here to Caliber or Pwiz to make sure they're aware of it. Whether or not the game goes back to Active status is up to them.

Basically, the developers released the game as final, but used a completely new engine and moved to 64 bit. He also said it appears the game may no longer be trainable.
He also reported that he worked on it for several hours and wasn't able to update the trainer for the new engine.
