But interestingly, if one downloads the "Unofficial Patch 1.01UnF", which supposedly fixes the bugs in 1.01, the add item function no longer works (both pokeball and candy). HP and XP still works though.

can I get a count of how many people are playing this and updated succesfully and stuck with this unofficial patch? seems it introduced a whole new set of problems for many.

What the other guys said about "Shiny Pokemons"; they are rare pokemons in the game whose odds of appearing are like 1/1024... which is eight times worse than the original Nintendo games.

As for the patches, there are no official patches out yet, but devs have suggested using the unofficial patch until they can roll out one. They are currently trying to maintain their servers because of hackers putting in unreleased pokemons into the trading system, which corrupts saved files.

Yeah, that's the gist of the Uranium story at the moment.

For the hand count, I am using the unofficial patch (as there are game breaking bugs in it).

Well thanks for the reply, but apparently its hopeless for me. I've followed all the instructions for fixing the patches but for some reason it still wont work in any way what so ever.
