is there a table in fallout 4 like the bobblehead table in fallout 3? I had to send dogmeat to sanctuary so that I could finish a quest. Now I cannot find him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
He's no doubt at one of the dog houses around the area. I put a doghouse at my settlement there and he showed up a day or two later.
If you're in a hurry to find him you can always use Console Commands to either go to where he is or bring him to you. His Base ID is 0001D162 ....
checked the workstation in sanctuary there are no dog houses in there. what do "I do?
C'mon now, you're giving up too easy. It's there.....
Look under Decorations -> Miscellaneous -> (about 8 or 9 items to the right is a Doghouse)
You should look into using the Console Commands, you can do just about anything. Google Console Commands in Fallout-4. Also the Base ID numbers. There's tons of information about using them. Personally, I think it's a lot more fun using them. The console opens with the Tilde key which is left of the #1 key at the top.

Tried the 0001D162 command no joy. what now?
Look at Red Rocket, see if he's there. Put a doghouse at Sanctuary base and remove ALL the rest of the doghouses there. ALL. He should show within a coupla days. Or try:
Use tilde ~ to Open the console and type:
PRID 0001D162 (Press enter) (one space between prid and number)
Moveto player (moveto is one word. Leave one space between moveto and player)
OR use the console and type:
Player.moveto 0001D162 (press enter) (need a period between player and moveto and a space before the number)
