Hello PWizard, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Unfortunately this is the first trainer I have experienced problems with. I do not have any third-party anti virus on my computer. Windows defender real time protection and firewall have been deactivated, my temp folder has been cleared and the trainer has admin rights. However when launching it the "customizing for Dusky_" splash screen appears and then nothing after. Any tips?

Please keep Defender enabled and create scan exclusions for the trainer exe file and the Work folder, which is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ and run the trainer with admin rights again.

Thanks for the help however even after following these instructions it still doesn't work.

Do you have any other security software or One-Click tools that have some kind of security feature installed or use a Windows Insider Preview version?

Cleared Defender's scan history and/or quarantine, the Windows Temp folder and browser cache + cookies (all browsers!), rebooted and tried again?

That's a no to both the first parts.

Also Defender has no scan history to clear and nothing has been quarantined. And I have tried the rest and the trainer is still not loading.

What exactly are your settings in your Defender Security Center?

For Virus & threat protection (which are enabled, which disabled)

For App & browser control (Block, Warn or Off)


Did you change the default Exploit protection settings?

Real-time - on
Cloud protection - on
Automatic Submission - on
Controlled folder access - off

For App & browser control all are on Warn

Exploit protection are all default.

Thank you for the settings. Unfortunately, I still cannot reproduce it here.

Have Windows boot in safety mode, start with one program/driver at a time to find the culprit which is blocking the access to the tmp file the trainer creates.

That could be some backup solution monitoring files and memory, some one-click tool for maintenance, hardware monitoring tools like MSI Afterburner or Riva Tuner, online banking add-ons.
