I can confirm all the failures from earlier, but I'd also like to say this: could the old no-cooldown system be reimplemented, as a choice? For me, it allows me to use Weapon Overdrive over and over in immediate succession, stacking effects that don't wear off with the device.

I'm still waiting for a savegame...

Thank you for going back to txt files for the trainer documentation. I like to have them open while I'm playing for reference, and it is certainly less resource intensive to have notepad open than a pdf reader.

Thanks, hull option is fixed. Regarding cooldowns the options work as described (cooldown is removed but you are not able to cast it as long as the effect of the skill /etc is active). You can check this yourself by deactivating the options, use a skill, let the effect cooldown run to zero and you see another cooldown appears. This is the actual cooldown which gets removed by the options.
