Comodo is the reason for the crash. Sadly even adding exceptions didn't solved it (for me). Only after I had uninstalled Comodo CoSMOS and my other trainers are working again.
You might contact Comodo support and see if they can fix it. Otherwise, as of I know, you would have to uninstall any Comodo product for it to work.

I can cofirm this. Had Comodo Internet Security installed and couldn't launch CoSMOS even if i disabled everything in it so after uninstallation it launched right away (Comodo detects it deeper system level through backup service so it doesn't allow it to run even if you disabled whole program). Windows 10 Pro v.1607 Build 14393.447
Edit: You hack into process memory after all so that's just Comodo way to ensure that doesn't happen from any other source than "hex editing". 😀

Cosmos V3.1.10 64bit is now working for me with Comodo Internet Security Pro 10.
I initially uninstalled Comodo about 6 months ago in order to use Cosmos but reinstalled it 2 weeks ago to test and the latest version of Cosmos runs fine with it. I had to allow the memory scanner to run as it picked it up as malware but that was the only issue, once allowed and added to the exception list it's fine
