One issue that has come up which I've tested is that for some reason when you use the perfect health/vitals command it's also connected to the NPCs of the game and so you can't actually use it in a fight. You also can't toggle it off and on during a fight to get your health back because the NPCs also get all their health back.

The rest of the trainer seems to be working fine however.

Remember to upload game saves, let us know the path to where it goes and the directions to where you are at in the game and how to replicate the issue.

Health option also gives the game unl health too... I am at the part where Rorke's Drift Bridge mission I get off the elevator and have to fight this guy but his health is unlimited like mine save file location

Turn off unlimited stamina during fight and NPC's are no longer invincible.
