ok playing how to survive 2 notice trainer was updated 22nd of this month..so ij got it tried use it

ok playing how to survive 2 notice trainer was updated 22nd of this month..so ij got it tried use it says activate but when I push 1 on numpad nothing.pushed F1 said activated then my health meter went to 0 and pushed 1 on numpad nothing..trainer says its compadible and found the numpad..I turned my antivirus off...what am I doing wrong?
