Change Target-EXE(name) of a Trainer on General Discussions Message Board - Page 1

Hello.

I have the problem that certain games under WIN8.1 with certain Nvidia hardware get unstable. To solve this problem, I have to rename the original game-exe (yes this works e.g. NFS Pro Street and I haven't found the reason for it)

This starts ofc another Problem: The Trainer can't find the game.

What I ask/want to do is to change the "Pointer"? of the Trainer to the renamed .exe.
Is this possible without having the source-code?
