All I get is trainer can not find game on my steam version.

Probably because you downloaded the trainer for the Windows Store version.

OH snap, you are correct. Sorry about that. First game I have downloaded a trainer for that had multiple options.

You change the value with this option -> Numpad 7: Nuka Cola to 99 NCs.
