In my opinion this makes Norton a better Security program not a worse one.
When you get a security programme that allows these sort of programs, you don't know what else they will also allow.
Hopefully I will find success with other games I own.

Let me get this right.
Here is how normal whitelisting works.
You add the trainer to the AV whitelist list.
Any AV now at this points allows you to run that trainer perfectly.
It does not mean it will also allow another trainer to work perfectly, as that specific file is not whitelisted. For that trainer to also work, you would also have to whitelist that one.
IMO Norton sucks **** to begin with but whatever.

Infact in a coders perspective it actually makes Norton quite bad since if you tell it to allow something and it still blocks it that means it is not working as it should, so if the code is bad there you gotta start considering where else it would be bad.

Saph is right. If the software is not doing what you tell it to. Then its not good at all.
But I haven't told it to do anything yet !!!
So far all I had done was a temporary disable and then a complete un-install.
I have yet to contact Norton (waiting time etc.)to see if you can "White List" in "Norton Internet Security".
From what I've read (if I am right) it looks like you need a different program at a considerable cost.
If that is the case I will indeed look at alternatives.
In defence of Norton (only my opinion)I have used it since Windows was on ver. 3.11
except a small break in 2014.
I have never been infected or compromised in that time, but in 2014 I tried AVG and picked up a virus within the 1st week.
Your AV is considered your final defense against malware and is often the weakest. If you picked up malware that fast, you should probably examine your computer security in general.
