When you actually take the time to answer the questions I have posted then more assistance will be provided to you.

What I still don't understand is why you are upset and demanding a refund for trainers that were FREE to begin with.

People are trying to help you man, I payed for a life time a long time ago, I still pay a monthly fee because I support CH and what they do for games. Still that doesn't entitle me to rant any time something doesn't work out of the box, some times your system WILL block it from working, or you downloaded the wrong version in a rush. CH updates trainers ALL the time, even on titles almost no one plays any more, and some of the trainers that haven't gotten updates the community itself has made work arounds to keep functional.

Read over everything Pwiz and Cal have posted, follow all instructions to the letter and give them everything they are asking you for and the trainers WILL work.

I was having issues recently when using trainers but I found out it was Windows Defender shutting them down. Once I turned off Windows Defender everything worked again 🙂

I now have re-installed HomeFront v1.5.500001 I can now run the trainer v1.5.500001 & the game, (I have shut down Norton which is the only security software I have)But the trainer still won't actually work.
I get the "Activated" message and I also get the message for each option but it makes no difference to the game.
I also downloaded the special key and put it in the trainer folder. (I disconnected from the internet as I had to turn Norton off to get the trainer to run at all.

I have now also Re-installed Serious Sam BFE downloaded the appropriate trainer for windows 10, turned off Norton disconnected from internet, put offline key in trainer folder and it still shuts down immediately after starting it.(the Trainer)

I'm happy to do a teamviewer support session with you, but if it ends up being something that I've already said such as right clicking running as admin on trainer and game, uninstalling Norton, turning off windows defender, not downloading win10 compat trainer, etc then there will be a $25 service fee. If it turns out to be none of those things and we cannot make it work then we will refund your account. If we make it work and it turns out to be something that we have not covered, then there will be no fee and your account remains current.

If you agree, then PM me a good time/date for the session.

Note that you will need to have a legitimate, up-to-date version of both games from Steam so that we know your game version matches trainer version. We do not make trainers for any "cracked" or "warez" version of the games.

I don't understand what you are saying, "team Support session" also I have checked back through these posts and I don't see anywhere that you have said I need to Un-Install Norton every time I want to play a game. I already have told you everything I have done to try and get the trainer to work, I don't know what more I can do

TeamViewer is an app that lets us access your live desktop so we can see what the problem is and do our own troubleshooting.

Some AV products still block certain types of code injection even when disabled. It's worth trying a compete uninstall to see if that is the issue. I don't mean to uninstall it every time you use the trainer, only to determine IF it's still blocking the trainer even when disabled.
