Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Just paid for life membership, downloaded three trainers, everyone comes up exactly the same fault.
As soon as I start the trainer it shuts down, no anti-virus running, no game running, and I even have an authentication number in the same folder of each trainer.

I'm really ****ed, having paid £50.00 odd for nothing.
Needless to say I have demanded a refund.

If they crash immediately then you DO have something installed that is blocking them. Could be windows defender or a million other apps. You didn't even say which trainers they are out of our 10000+.

Yeh so easy to blame something else, Games are Serious Sam 1,2,3, & Homefront.
But if everything shuts down immediately whats the point in wasting days, weeks or even months before calling it quits.

What OSS are you running? Are those trainers marked as compatible with that OS?

so perhaps you should be looking at your own end before accusing others for being at fault

I'm guessing that simply reading the "MY OLDER TRAINERS ARE CRASHING ON AUTHENTICATION" part of the troubleshooting guide would have sufficed. But some people just like to give up and complain if things don't go exactly their way on the first try.

I see no point in reading "my old trainers are crashing" when the problem is with your latest trainer for Homefront 1.5 which is supposed to be compatible with windows 10.
Also looking through some of the other games I have you only support up to windows 7, so your service really is of no use to me as the trainers are too old.

Also when I've paid out £50.00 yes I do expect everything to work straight away.
In the old days when your trainers were free I never had a problem with any, now you seem to have a monopoly on game trainers and charge a fee nothing works.
