That is absolutely no help what so ever...
Blocked by attachment manager ... even if I disable it.
Old HOI4 cheat downloads without issue. New one gets blocked due to 'virus'.

I have done ask instructed, when I attempt to load trainer, the Microsoft -Verified App window comes up, with the option to Install anyway, and then freezes.
Disclaimer _ I know nothing of C++, or anything to do with computer language, I read to understand, so if i say something ignorant, ruffle feathers, or step on toes please dont flame me, SHOW me why it's ignorant.
I understand both Stellaris and HOI4 use the Clausewitz Engine, ( a nightmare to mess with from what I read here) the trainers for both games have gone down to two options....Now the new Aquatics DLC for Stellaris came out, yet that trainer works perfectly, no issues. The New DLC for HOI4 comes out and the trainer does not run after I instruct to run as Admin, I have set my apps controls to allow for this. I will gladly sacrifice my current RC balance, plus the RC I earn for the next 6 months, to have this explained to me in detail, with a you tube video to show me EXACTLY what controls to tweak.
