IS there a way to tell my AV to ignore all trainers I get from CH? Instead of having to do it for each one?

It depends on the AV your using but it's normally just a simple matter of setting up an exclusion within the AV for the folder where you keep your trainers.
Mine looks like this for Avast D:\CH Trainers\*
Add this to url exclusions and no issues while downloading the trainers www.cheathappens.com/*
