Not sure what you mean blocked, but usually that comes from missing exclusions.
Turning your AV off doesn't work, you still need exclusions as you can't actually disable your AV due to a safety feature in all modern AVsi have norton and already add to exclusions. but everytime i weant to open this trainer it not responding. Even when i completly unistal norton or disable defender antivirus. Even when downloading both trainers and extracting always got 3 or 4 virus detection

Version of this cheat is 1.61.10121 so tell me where is problem
