So I've looked around at other threads with the same issue of the trainers popping up claiming they can't authenticate via the internet, however none seem to resolve my issue. Previously all of them were working fine and I only noticed this after I tried the new DOOM trainer and had the problem. Deciding to see if it was just that trainer or all of them I tried a few for other games that I'd had no issues with before (Such as X-COM 2) and they are all doing it. At present I'm on windows 7 and IE11 with all the trainers set to Admin. I have no issues accessing the website nor pinging it so I'm not sure what's going on and the computer is connected directly to the router for my internet connection.

I'm also not running any firewalls etc so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what is going on, since this is a very recent development for me.

Something is obviously blocking the authentication process. AV, firewall or other security software. Your ISP. Who knows.

If nothing else work, follow these instructions to play offline:

    "Solution 1:
We provide offline keys for our yearly and lifetime premium subscribers which can be used in the event of an Internet outage, site outage or other situation where you are unable to authenticate online. Please first download the offline key request tool and run it on the PC needing to use the trainers offline. Next, create an offline key. Place the generated key in the same folder as the trainer(s). Each key is tied to your computer hardware and will need to be recreated if any major PC changes are made. Only one key is necessary PER MACHINE, not PER TRAINER."

Well it isn't AV software as I don't keep that running in the background when I play video games. Don't have any other security software and nothing about the firewall has changed so ya, might be the ISP that did something. I mean it was all working fine not that long ago. Guess I'll have to try the offline option until I figure out what's going on.

Yes, we secretly coded our trainers to stop opening on May 16th, 2016. It's been our evil plot all along.

FYI, I just downloaded BOTH of you guys personalized trainers (the same exact ones that you downloaded from our server) and they both authenticated and ran just fine on my PC. We authenticate over 100,000 trainers PER DAY. Note that 99,998 people are not complaining. So if something is "afoot" it is on your PC and most likely with the same software that you are both running.

Well I wasn't blaming you guys. Using offline authentication works just fine. What I'm trying to figure out is what the heck changed that stopped the trainers from suddenly authenticating for me. It's clear the trainer is getting blocked from access to the net, but I can't find any cause for it. Firewall should let it through, AV isn't running, the trainers are rated for my OS etc.

I was just hoping someone else who had run into the same issue as me had figured something out.
