Are you using iObit software? If so, what have you done with it?
    Your bitterness, I will dispel

update; its every trainer using the EDITOR Feature, like the Borderlands 2 Editor.
Once the auth has initiated, it tries to open the editor itself as a temp file, which for unknown reasons my computer cannot handle. any insight?

i looked at the thread you mentioned, and it could be something like that.
but that thread does not offer a solution either.
only 0x90 who offered to teamviewer the issue.

Can you perform a revert of what iObit has done with your system? Registry cleaners are extremely discouraged for PCs in general: Link

Also try doing a clean boot. You may need to run an SFC scan as well and perform a re-installation of the .NET framework (unsure if you did a re-installation or just checked the version number of what was installed).

Couldn't revert all the changes made, so i'm doing the sfc scan.
    repaired .net, but didnt work.

if this doesnt work, im formatting my computer.
and never running an iobit program again :/.

theres no other explanation, but the iobit wrecking something.
