Are you running with the Vulkan graphics api? OpenGL and Vulkan use different .exe files. DOOMx64.exe for OpenGl and DOOMx64vk.exe for Vulkan. I get trainer cannot find game on Vulkan but it attaches on OpenGl

[Edited by viriatus, 3/26/2025 2:06:07 PM]This is because the game is defaulting to the Vulkan api (Doom64vk.exe). The trainer is looking for Doom64.exe which loads using the older OpenGL api. If you wish to remain using the Vulkan api, my suggestion is the following:
1. Backup Doom64.exe to a folder (name it whatever you want, ex: backup).
2. Rename Doom64vk.exe to Doom64.exe.
3. Launch game + trainer.
4. Press F1 to activate if you don't have the box checked to automatically activate in trainer settings
5. Trainer should activate successfully.
