Let's try it from scratch, delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer in is folder excluded from virus scans and empty the quarantine folder if needed.
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens or
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin and try again.
Performed all that again and the trainer can't find the game still...

Are you using our latest trainer? It was re-worked yesterday and you might still use the faulty version.
Please delete your current trainer, clear the Windows Temp folder, reboot your PC, download and try again.

Yes, was using the latest version.
The HF version is working fine. Thanks for the work.
Thank you for the quick work on updating this trainer. The HF version works perfectly for me.
Just a quick question -- does the "0 key" instant build command call the console command "instant_build"? I'm asking because the game devs clarified that the console command allows the enemy AI to also instantly finish building whatever it is working on. If so, I'd recommend that you update the readme to reflect that fact.
Thanks!
As far as I am aware, when activating the instant build option with the trainer, the AI does not seem to gain the ability to do it. I tested this on numerous saves of mine, one of which had an endgame crisis with the scourge going on.
When I used the console command, it seemed that once I got to the last planet with the scourge, I simply could not bomb the last planet because the scourge kept instant building engineer ships, so my ships would constantly switch from firing on the planet to firing on the engineer ships that would keep showing up.
When I used only the trainer option and loaded the same save-game, I did not have this issue. Numerous other saves confirmed that enemy AI were also not spamming war-fleets like they did when I used the console command.
Of course, I am not 100% saying this is the case but from my experience the trainer option works only for you, while the console command works for AI as well. The only way to tell for sure is to do testing like I did and confirm you also have the same results as me.
