So we have all heard that Poise (and some other defense related stats) have been "turned off" in the games code and can be turned on with a simple flip of a switch (in the code).

Would it be possible to add that option to the trainer for this game?

I realise that using it may get people "softbanned", but I feel that should be each users personal choice since they are using a cheat trainer anyway.

I can't stand the lack of Poise in the game currently and if it could be an option to turn it back in using the trainer we already know and love, I am more than willing to be "soft banned" for this functionality.

note: I only play this game offline anyway, so my own experience with the game won't change other than having a mechanic turned on that should have been turned on in the first place.

That will most likely never happen on CH because these guys do the most basic of mods.

Maybe someone on the CoSMOS forums has a trainer with a poise mod scripted but honestly, if you have infinite HP and easy kills... poise isn't even required.

I know it's late in the game, but getting Havel's complete armor set and shield or even a Giant's Shield in the early game is more than enough "poise" to stop you from being stun locked.

Just put the shield up and watch enemies attacks literally ricochet off of it, providing you have stamina left, but with the infinite stamina cheat, it shouldn't be an issue. Those shield are too big to parry with but they do have a secondary attack where you basically plant the shield in the ground and push forward which deals damage to enemies while still shielding you from the front... it's your best case scenario if you enjoy tanking stuff in the souls series.

Poise was basically nerfed after the original Dark Souls because Havel's was too OP.

    Hope that helps.
