I Own my trainer and my internet works fine. And I have turned off all of my anti-virus soft wares. Somehow I failed the authentication process. I suspect that the trainer's internet access was blocked somehow because the trainer works on my other computer and this is a new computer that I am using. and Xfinity activation page shows up on the corner of the trainer. This also relates to the problem that I had days ago when I installed my own router and modem which replace the ones from Xfinity. That caused certain website forced redirected to the xfinity activation page. I have called Comcast and solved the issue, but I am not sure if this is related that's why I brought this up. Right now I am also unable to upgrade my GPU drive thru Nvidia experience, it just says unable to connect. again I am not sure if this is related. I would be very grateful if anyone can help. Thank you very much for your attention and time!

Thank you so much for you time and response. I have tried your solutions which clear browsing cache and DNS cache, unfortunately, the problem persists. And the trainer is failing authentication.

You may additionally need to log out, clear your cache and cookies, then log back in. You will need to redownload your trainers after performing this action.

Problem persists, I think it is still something that relates to my network settings or the xfinity internet services.
