is it very hard to hack a have all items code for this game

Added 'Get All Items' cheat to the trainer, will be posted soon.

Just wanted to give a heart felt thanks to you 0x90 for the continued work on the trainer.

When using the editor , is there away to save the changes so that you don't have to use the editor every time you start the game

when is the new ff9 trainer going to get posted?

Care to clue the rest of us in as to how you made it work? It might provide success on the in-game timer issue I (and others) are having.
