i have the same issue.
It is totally random when the Options stop working, during fights, after teleporting or or..
It would be very helpfull if this could be fixed.

Fix for what?
As far as report go there is 1 which doesn't prompt anything to be looked
Once it reaches two our trainer testers gets it.

I personally tested the trainer and never encountered this issue so I'm not sure what to fix here.
